She is survived by her daughters, Marla Cione [] and husband, Tom, of Rosebush, Michigan, Dorothy "Hailey" Tullos [] of Houston and Paula Tullos [] of Houston; son, Warren "Bubba" Tullos [] and Brittany Budnik; sisters, Vera Wilson [4646]and Viola Garrett Reed [4653]; and brothers, Bobby Scroggins [4658] and John Scroggins [4657], all of Nacogdoches, Texas. Grandchildren are Katie Tullos Lind of Cleveland Ohio, Heather Gerard of Rosebush, Michigan, Jesse James Gerard of Cleveland, Ohio, Derrick Anderson and Nicole Sanderson of Cypress, Texas, Alvin Bell Jr. and Marta Gibson of Houston, Texas, Matthew Bell and Jessica Bell of Laporte, Texas, Jonathan Bell and Jessica Dougharty of Laporte, Texas, Dalton Tullos of Katy, Texas, and Maddison Tullos of Waller, Texas. Great-grandchildren are Luke Tullos of Cleveland, Ohio, Trisha Tullos of Rosebush, Michigan, Emma and Allie Lind of Cleveland, Ohio, Adara, Reno and Abigail Cione of Rosebush, Michigan, Mack McElreth of Rosebush, Michigan, Angelique Harsch, of Rosebush, Michigan, Destiny, Devyn and Adrian Anderson of Cypress, Texas, Audrey, Mackenzie, Madelyn and Mason Bell, Laporte, Texas, Jean and Sage Gerard and Angelina Parrish of Cleveland, Ohio. Donald W. "Bill" Littlejohn, 89, of Colusa, California, passed away Sunday, Nov. 28, 2010 from complications due to a systemic infection. Bill was born in Colusa, CA on June 2, 1921, the son of Elmer and Theresa Littlejohn. He spent his early childhood in the area before moving to San Francisco in his teenage years, graduating from St. Ignatius High School. Bill enlisted in the armed services in June of 1942 and was honorably discharged as a Captain in November of 1945. A fighter pilot, he flew P-38 and P-39 aircraft during WWII, serving in California, England and finally in North Africa in the 92nd Fighter Squadron, 88th Fighter Group. Flying over 80 combat missions, he also survived a ship collision aboard the Queen Mary, a train wreck in England, and being interned after a forced landing in Portugal. After returning from the war, Bill attended the University of San Francisco Law School, graduating Cum Laude and entered the legal profession on June 14, 1949. Returning to Colusa, he entered into the practice of law with Neil Cooney, Esq. After several years in private practice, Bill was elected the District Attorney of Colusa County, and served in that capacity for 6 years. He also served as County Counsel for Colusa County. In March of 1960, Bill and attorney Florence Westfall formed the law partnership of Littlejohn & Westfall in Colusa. Bill and Florence were married in 1961, and operated the law firm continuously until her death in 2004. During this time he became certified as a criminal law specialist. Bill continued to practice law until his death under the name of Littlejohn & Westfall, being active in the profession for over 60 years. Bill also served as a member of the Executive Committee and as a member of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of California. His passion for the law was legendary, inspiring many in the legal community, and was pleased that 3 former associates of the firm became Judges in the area. He also contributed to the community, serving as a longstanding Colusa Unified School District Trustee, as well as Foreman of the Colusa County Grand Jury. He is survived by his beloved and loving wife Charlene Scroggins Littlejohn [41291]; his son William Littlejohn and his wife Leslie Littlejohn of Burlingame, CA; his half brother Jim Littlejohn of Denver, CO; his adopted children, Donald Littlejohn and Lisa Marshall; and his step-sons, David C. Scroggins [41292] and Drew A. Scroggins [41289, FB] of Colusa. Public viewing will be Monday, December 6th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the McNary-Moore Funeral Home, located at 107 5th Street, Colusa, CA, with a rosary recitation at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 7th at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church located at 4th and Oak Streets in Colusa. Eula Rozell Scroggins Eula Rozell Scroggins, age 95, of Springfield, formerly of Chadwick, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010 in The Baptist Home. She was born July 14, 1915 in Oldfield, the daughter of John Thomas and Bethenia (Burkhart) Hull. In 1937 she and Vern Rozell were united in marriage.
Following his death in 1969, Eula stepped in to serve as Chadwick Post Master.
She later married Glen Scroggins [7490], and moved to Springfield. She enjoyed traveling, and spending winters in Texas and Arizona. He also preceded her in death.
Eula was a member of Chadwick Baptist Church and later Orchard Crest Baptist Church in Springfield.
Survivors include: Two sons, Gary Rozell and wife, Ann, Sparta, and Glen Bob Rozell and wife Nadine, Wildwood, Mo.; a daughter-in-law, Jackie Rozell, Branson; six grandchildren, Tammy Johnson (Steve), Jill Ulrich (Ross), Melissa Rozell, Melanie Rozell Horstman (Mark), Dr. Kimberly Craven (Lester), and Marnie Moore (Mark); and eleven great-grandchildren.
Along with her husbands, she was preceded in death by a son, Ben Rozell, two brothers, Ervin and Leonard Hull, a sister, Clara Rodman, and her parents.
Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Monday (Today), November 22, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark, with Rev. Jerry Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Chadwick Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 P.M. until service time on Monday.
The family wishes to thank the caring and professional staff of The Baptist Home for the loving care Eula received. Memorial donations may be made to The Baptist Home 1625 West Garton Road, Ozark, Mo., 65721.

Robert Daniel Scroggins, age 81, of Morrilton, passed away, October 27, 2010. He was born September 23, 1929 in Morrilton, a son of Mitt Linzsey Scroggins and Mary Ellen McCuin Scroggins. He was the widower of Zella Mae Watkins Scroggins [43821]. Mr. Scroggins was a medic and served in the Army during the Korean conflict.
Survivors include his brothers, James Linzsey Scroggins [] of Michigan; Harold Franklin Scroggins [] of Center Ridge, and Benny Scroggins [] of Benton.

Ramona Sue ColvardRamona Sue Colvard, 69, of Springfield, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010 in Springfield, Mo. She was born February 22, 1941, in Springfield.
She graduated from Morrisville High School. She was united in marriage to Robert Nelson Colvard [7094] in May, 1959, in Morrisville, Mo. She was a homemaker and was a member of Fremont Baptist Church (previously Victory Baptist Church, Willcox, Ariz.)
She was a music director, member of WMU, and a Sunday school teacher. She enjoyed sewing, singing at Church, being with family, gardening and going to flea markets.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Don [7087] and Viola [7091] Scroggins. She is survived by husband, Robert N. Colvard; children, Bobby Don Colvard [] and Tammy Robin Lance Colvard [] and Celia; grandchildren, Lance Colvard, Timothy Colvard, Casondra Colvard Millard; great-grandchildren, Alisha Colvard, and Tiffany Colvard; and siblings, Don Scroggins [7093] and Jan Carson []; Donald Scroggins [] and Helen []; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at 10 a.m., in Fremont Baptist Church, 2517 N. Fremont Ave, Springfield, Mo. Burial will follow in Slagle. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 26, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m., in Greenlawn Funeral Home North.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 28, 2010, at Midessa Heights Baptist Church, with Deacons Pete Drennan, Jimmy Maddox and Sam Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Robert Carl Dickey, 73, of Springfield, formerly of Decatur, iL, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
He was born on August 20, 1937 in Decatur, IL the son of the lateJesse Lee and Edna Mae (Armentrout) Dickey.
Mr. Dickey worked as a caregiver at Lincoln State School in Lincoln, IL and also worked at Clark Restaurant.
He is survived by a sister, Phyllis Barrigear of Lincoln, IL, 2 nieces, Tammy (husband Terry) Chance and Linda Turley, both of Decatur, and 2 nephews Willis Leon Dickey, Jr. of Decatur and Virgil W. Barrigear, Jr. of Lincoln.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Willis L. Dickey and a sister, Ramona Scroggins [36359].
Services are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield, IL 62703.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 5:30 pm at the Senior Services Center in Springfield.

Mrs. Scroggins was born on January 13, 1928, in Thomaston, GA, to the late Claude and Dovie Rogers. She worked in retail sales for many years. Mrs. Scroggins was preceded in death by her daughter, Mrs. Pamela Toler.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010, at 11 a.m., from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 13, 2010, from 6-8 p.m.

He was preceded in death by his mother, the late Linda Diane Scroggins who passed away in November 2008. He will be fondly remembered as an avid Alabama Football Fan who also enjoyed fishing and swimming with his children.
