Mickey Lee Scroggins, Jr. [51286:P] was born May 24, 1985 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Holly and Mickey Lee Scroggins, Sr.  He passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013 in Locust Grove, Oklahoma at the age of 28 years.

Mickey Lee married Amber Sowers July 29, 2011 in Pryor, Oklahoma.  He loved caring for his dogs.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruben Scroggins [50755:N, FaG:73207229], Lila Barrett and R. W. Walton.

He is survived by his wife Amber of the home in Locust Grove; his children, McKenzie Scroggins of Colorado, stormy Scroggins of Kansas and Zae of Wagoner; his father, Mickey Scroggins, Sr. and Bobbie of Wagoner; his mother, Holly Fitzpatrick and David Lovell of Beggs; grandmother, Linda Scroggins of Chouteau; siblings, William and Kerrie Rankins of Haskell, Levi Walton of Wagoner, Nicholas and Cassie Scroggins of Wagoner, Samantha and Levi Vaughn of Wagoner, Nicholas and Tiffany Baucom of Coweta, John and Amber Scroggins of Wagoner, Jeri Lynn Scroggins and Keith of Wagoner, Teri Scroggins and Austin of Wagoner, Jerrod Goodnight of Wagoner, Jeffrey Goodnight of Wagoner and Shelby Goodnight of Wagoner and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Man jailed after scuffle ... In other matters ...  Deputies filed a death-investigation report last week on Mickey Lee Scroggins Jr., 28, of Locust Grove. The report lists Scroggins’ manner of death as suicide.
