Services for Louise Scroggins, 81, of Whitehouse, Texas, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday November 13, 2011 at Eubank Funeral Chapel with Shane Barnes officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton. Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton, Texas.
She passed away November 10, 2011 in Whitehouse, TX.
Mrs. Scroggins was born June 7, 1930 in San Angelo, TX, to William Albert Stewart and Ethel Agnes Brown Stewart.
She was a member of Grace Community Church in Tyler, where she was active in the Sparrows Group and the Branches Food Ministry. She was also active in the Red Hat Club. Louise lived in Canton from 1972 to 1985 where she worked at J.B. White's in for many years. In 1985 she moved to Whitehouse. She retired from Bealls in Tyler in 2001. Louise loved gardening, quilting, the Dallas Cowboys and dancing with her husband, Bill.
Surviving are 2 Sons: William O. "Trey" Scroggins, III and Wife Mistie of Rockwall, TX, and David & Rhonda Scroggins of Flint, TX; 2 Daughters: Karen & Steve LaCroix of Lewisville, TX, and Nancy & Jim Seaton of Tyler, TX; 9 Grandchildren; 6 Great-Grandchildren; Beloved Dog, Callie Mae; Sister, Evelyn Owens of Merkel, TX; 3 Brothers: John, Alford & Joe Stewart, all of San Angelo, TX; and 2 Sisters-in-law: Lynn Sterling of Akron, Ohio, and Mildred Hollis of Royce City, TX.
Louise was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Bill Scroggins [William O. Scroggins, 32788], and Sister, Kathy Stewart.
Pallbearers are Billy Scroggins, Blake Thedford, Matt LaCroix, Stanton Reaves, James Seaton.
