 Ray Scroggins "Harry" 1941 - 2008 Ray was born August 13, 1941, and raised in Bakersfield CA. He graduated from North High in 1959. He served two years in the Army. He retired from the Postal Service after 38 years. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Nancy; and son, Jeffrey, both of Bakersfield.
