THORNELL, Lillie Mae Tatum, 85, a lifelong resident of Montgomery died Friday, August 29, 2008. Funeral services will be Sunday, August 31, 2008 at 3:30 pm at Leak-Memory Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Thornell was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and was lovingly known as "Googa". She is preceded in death by her husbands Judson Cleveland Tatum and Charles Thornell, daughters Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Hunt, Mildred Louise Moody, Barbara Ann Tatum, Betty Joyce Tatum, five infant children and her granddaughter Sherrie Dawn Kelley. Survivors include her grandchildren, Kathy Cantrell and husband Mike, Teresa Scroggins and husband Ray, Richard Moody, Debbie Moody, and Kenny Moody; great-grandchildren, Brandon Scroggins and wife Kristy, Jordan Cantrell and Alex Cantrell, her beloved Harold Kelley, and many friends and neighbors. Pallbearers will be Harry Burgamy, Robby Gray, Chad Law, Stephen Mitchell, Gary Shaw, and Roy Trejo.!
Visitation will be at Leak-Memory Chapel on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. "She was a beloved treasure to all who knew her." Leak-Memory Chapel Directing
