Message: Raymond Enrique Briones RAYMOND ENRIQUE BRIONES Kennewick, Wash. Hillcrest Memorial Center Raymond Enrique Briones, 58, of Kennewick, WA died Aug. 25, 2008 at Kadlec Medical Center in Richland, WA. He was born on Oct. 19, 1950 in Ida, Minnesota, to Enrique Briones and Anita Salinas. He married Hermelinda Hernandez on June 29, 1979 in Richland, WA and later had a wedding ceremony in Mexico. He lived in the Tri-Cities for over 30 years and worked for his own landscaping business. Although he retired, Raymond continued to do landscaping simply for enjoyment. He also enjoyed dancing, camping, vacationing, and watching action movies. One of his favorite activities was to spend time with his grandchildren. He attended St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Kennewick and St. Patrick Catholic Church in Pasco. He is survived by his wife, Hermelinda Briones; his son, Rick Briones; his daughters, Rosalinda Giannini, Angela Scroggins, Maribel Briones, and Margarita Briones, all of Tri-Cities, WA. He is also survived by his sister, Anna Maria Infante; his brothers, Francisco Mendoza and Ricardo Salinas Sr.; his grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends, all of whom loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his aunt, Esperanza Hernandez and his dear friend, Theodoro Riojas. He will be greatly missed and held in the hearts of those who were close to him.
