Donald "Donnie" Ray Scroggins, 43, of Golden, died May 21 at his home.
Mr. Scroggins was born September 20, 1964, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He was employed in sales for Shumaker Battery Outfitters for 20 years. He was a member of Golden Circle Shores and the First Southern Baptist Church in Golden.
He married Oleta "Tootsie" Burrington [46804:8, fb] on July 31, 1987, in Golden, and she survives.
Additional survivors include two sons, Devan Scroggins [46805:8, fb] and Dillon Scroggins [46806:8, fb], both of the home; his parents, Donnie [46802:8] and Edith Sherman [46801:8, FaG 42310120] Scroggins; one brother, Daniel Scroggins [tba] of Berryville, Arkansas; and his grandmother, Lucile Scroggins [46803:8, FaG # 10739181] of Beaver, Arkansas.
Services will be 10 a.m. tomorrow, May 24, at the First Southern Baptist Church in Golden with Rev. Woodrow Fletcher and Freddy Blevins officiating. Burial will be in Roach Cemetery in Eagle Rock under the direction of White Funeral Home of Cassville.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, May 23, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the sons.
