Harris, Shirley (Louise) Kline Loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; passed away on August 2nd, due to complications from Multiple Sclerosis (MS). She was born to Judith (Freddie) and Louis Kline in Rockford, Illinois, on August 17, 1924. She had a brother, Robert, who passed away in 1986. Shirley moved to Minneapolis as a young girl, and she later moved to Los Angeles with her husband in 1949. Although suffering from MS for close to 40 years, she lived her life to the fullest and loved every aspect of it. She had many passions, which included cooking, art, music, literature and tending to her orchids and roses. Most of all, she adored traveling all over the world for many years with her husband, Burt, who predeceased her in 2004. They were married for 60 years. She will be terribly missed by her children, Janie (Wally), Burt Jr. (Francine), Melissa (Mark), and Natalie (Allen). She leaves behind 7 loving grandchildren and great- grandchildren: Justin, Ellio!

Parenteau, Eugene H. 77, Hibbing, (Lavell Township), died Wednesday, August 2, 2006 in St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth. He was born in Forest Lake to Philip and Emma (Heinen) Parenteau, on September 27, 1928, married Charlene Schultz on September 24, 1950, and moved to the Hibbing area in 1965. He worked as an Ironworker retiring as a working foreman. He was a member of the Iron Workers Union Local #563, the Hibbing Catholic Community, and the Eagles Club. Sullivan, Louis Joseph Age 84, of San Diego, formerly of Richfield, died peacefully August 1st in San Diego. Preceded in death by beloved wife of forty years, Lois (DeGonda), and brothers, Leo, Jack, Maurice, Jerome and James. Survived by devoted and loving wife of 18 years, LaRene; children, Patrick (Kathy), Barry (Janet), Julie (Rick) Packer, Beth (Mark) Nichols, Mary (Rick) Rueckert, Susie, and Kevin, San Diego; grandchildren, Matt, Sean, Andy, Becca, Michael, Nick, Ben, Rachel, Kelly and Ryan, and great- granddaughter, Gabby. ant and was awarded the Purple Heart. After the war, Lou settled in Minneapolis where he met and married Lois in 1948. Loving parents, they raised seven children before Lois passed away in 1988. Lou and LaRene enjoyed many happy years of traveling together and spending time with their grandchildren. LaRene lovingly provided comfort, care and support to Lou especially during the last years of his life. Lou was a successful businessman, long time realtor, Past Grand Knight of Knights of Columbus Marian Council #1327 and a member of Msgr.
