Deceased: Carolyn Sue Scroggins

Carolyn Sue (Brady) Scroggins, age 70, of Springfield, went home to be with the Lord at her home with her family present at 10 a.m. May 1, 2007. She was born and raised in Phoenix, Mo., and graduated from Walnut Grove High School in 1955. Carolyn was employed with Kraft Foods for 44 years and was a member of Dale Street Baptist Church for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Avis Brady of Phoenix, Mo. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Billy Scroggins; brother Sammy Brady and wife, Lorene, of Springfield; sister Korena Enyart and husband, Jerry, of Springfield; brother Steven Brady and wife Elena, of Springfield; son Mark Scroggins and wife, Sandra, of Springfield; daughter Susan Scroggins-Whaley and husband, Aubrey, of Willard; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation is today, May 3, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Birch Funeral Home in Ash Grove. Funeral will be Friday, May 4, 2007, at 2 p.m. in the funeral home. Buria!
