AMHERST - Debra Lavonne Scroggins, 50, died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Amherst Church of Christ with Mike DeSoto, minister, officiating. Arrangements are by Hammons Funeral Home of Littlefield.
Mrs. Scroggins was born Aug. 10, 1955, in Oklahoma City to Minnie and Jimmie Dorman Johnson. She married Billy Lee Scroggins on June 8, 1975, in Dalhart.
Survivors include a son, Billy Scroggins of Amherst; a daughter, Hanna Scroggins of Portales, N.M.; her mother of Amherst; a sister, Lanita Silman of Amarillo; a brother, Jimmie Don Johnson of Amherst; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
