Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Williamson Funeral Home Jacksonville. Burial will be in Jacksonville East Cemetery.
Surviving are his parents, Duane D. and Terry Sheppard Scoggins of Jacksonville; a brother, Lonnie Scoggins of Springfield; a sister, Kendra Dixon of Jacksonville; grandparents, William and Marge Sheppard of Berlin, Edith and Russell Davis of Jacksonville, Charles and Clara Scoggins of Carrollton; and great-grandmother, Opal Sheppard of Berlin.
