Carolyn A. Scroggin of St. Charles for 10 years
A celebration of the life of Mrs. Carolyn A. Scroggin (nee Pande), 67, formerly of Winfield, will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1145 N. 5th Ave. (Route 25), St. Charles. Born June 27, 1938, in Chicago, she died peacefully Thursday, Nov. 17, 2005, at home, after courageously battling a series of illnesses over the course of the past several years. She was the beloved wife of Preston; dear mother of Susan (Kevin) Duschean and Wesley (Julie) Scroggin; loving grandmother of Kathryn and Jessica Duschean, and Samantha and Brett Scroggin; fond sister of David (Debbie) Pande, Dennis (Mary) Pande and the late Meredith (John) Schnaitmann; and aunt of many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis National Society, 910 W. Van Buren St., Chicago, IL 60607 or the American Cancer Society, 1801 S.
