Scroggins, Betty Jean Of Arizona, formerly of Jackson passed away on August 12, 2016 at the age of 79 in Jackson, Michigan. She is survived by her daughter Jamila Gale Williams, her sister Wynona Summerour, her grandchildren Talibah Allen, Adia Taylor-Crawford and Kerel Taylor. As well as five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Miss Betty was preceded in death by her husband Thomas B Scroggins, Wanda Rea Dixon & Wayne Smith. Miss Betty was a loving mother, a fantastic friend and a great traveling buddy. She was an inspiration to all who were blessed to know her. Miss Betty was a gift from the Lord, the kind of woman who brightened up the room, and encouraged those in it. She was always the one who was ready with a hug or a smile just when you needed it. She will be greatly missed.
