PLAINVILLE — Maxine M. Green, 82, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016. She was born May 15, 1933, to Edgar Lee and Lola Marie Scroggins. She married Estell M. Green Sr. in 1951.
Preceded by: parents, husband, three brothers and a great-grandson.
Survivors include: sons, Estell “Sonny” [54461] (Toni) [54464] Green Jr. and Alan [54462] (Vicki) [54465] Green; daughter, Rebecca Pryor [54463]; nine grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday, March 3, at Stinemetz Funeral Home, Hill City. Burial will be in Samuel’s Cemetery in rural Bogue.
Visitation: 3-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, at the funeral home and 9 a.m. to service time Thursday.
Memorials: Solomon Valley Manor, in care of the funeral home.
