Aug. 26, 1970 - Jan. 30, 2015 In loving memory of Joe Charles Scroggins Jr. Born August 26, 1970, passed away January 30, 2015. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. Joe is survived by his daughter Katie-Lynn Bickerstaff [52835, fb] and husband James along with their two children Kyle and Ava. His daughter Summer [51891] and two sons Joe Scroggins III [51886] and Shawn Scroggins [51873] . Also surviving are his sister Laura Semana [52134, fb] and husband Bernie and their children B.J., Angela, Elizabeth and Timothy and Step brother Greg Maxwell. His mother Carlotta Maxwell [52139, fb], stepfather Ronnie Maxwell [, fb], father Joe Scroggins Sr. [, fb] He also has a large extended family consisting of many cousins, aunts and uncles. Joe is preceded in death by his brother Charles Scroggins [51926], sister Angela Scroggins [51907] and grandparents George and Mary Harvey. Memorial services will be held Feb. 28, 2015 at Pleasant Valley Free Will Baptist Church in Warren Arkansas at 1pm. Joe is greatly loved and will be dearly missed by his many friends and family.
