Winifred Dietta Scroggins was born on August 26, 1939, in Lodi, California to Ona and T. G. Lewis. This union had 2 children, Winifred and Ronald. She went to be with her Lord on February 20, 2014 in Roseville, CA.

She married her High School sweetheart, Bobby [52985], on February 16, 1957. The summer of 1957 her and her husband began in ministry, a tour of duty that lasted over 50 years. The words of this lady were truly a repeat of the words of "Ruth" (Ruth 1:16) "Urge me not to leave Thee, or to turn from following after Thee: For whither Thou goest, I will go; and where Thou lodgest, I will lodge; Thy people shall be my people, and Thy God my God.

This promise took her from one shore of this nation to the other where she and her family served in roles of Evangelism, Pastoral and Administrative.

In 1959 their first son, Randall Dale [41759] joined the tour and then in 1962 their second son Terry DeWayne [52986] joined. Before the stroke she suffered in 2008 Winifred was always a strong support to ministry with her beautiful voice.

She was a much loved wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Bob [52985] of Oakland, OR; son Randall [41759, fb] and wife Lisa [41750, fb] of Sutherlin, OR; son Terry [52986] and his wife Sheila [tba] of Salem, OR; brother Ronald Lewis of Tumwater, WA; grandchildren Misty [], Joshua [53134, fb, bio], Brooke [], Caleb [], Tara [tbc, fb], Lacey [53046, fb], Jeremiah [tbc, fb], Andrew [tbc, fb] , Amanda [tbc, fb] and Jonathan Katter []; great grandchildren Rebekah [], Jasmine [], Savannah [] and Austin [].
