He married Jennifer Freeman Smith [50690:3] in Dumas, Texas, on September 2, 1993. He was long haul truck driver/owner/operator.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Katie Marie Mitchell Smith, of Talco; brother, Curtis Clayton Scroggins, Jr. [41315:3], of Talco; brother, Wyman Lee Scroggins [41314:3], of Corrigan, TX; and a nephew, Joseph Marbella.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Gladys Mae Dean [40947:3], and two brothers, Walter Allen Scroggins [41313:3, FaG:84194122] and Jerry Wayne Scroggins [41321:3, FaG:63184851].
