Anna R. Vines Lipps, 54 of Three Creeks, died Thursday April 18, 2013 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock. She was born October 18, 1958 in Warren, Arkansas, daughter of Dolan Jervern Vines Sr. [36318:M] and Bobbye Scroggins Vines [36313:M]. She was a retired truck driver for Lee's Trucking, after medical conditions prohibited her from driving the big trucks she loved. Anna loved the Lord and loved to tell people about him by going to the jail and nursing homes with her church ladies to spread his word. All who met her loved her. She would make you smile with her smile. Anna loved all her children and grandchildren, and loved every moment she could spend with them.

She was preceded in death by her daddy Dolan Jervern Vines Sr.[36318:M]  a son Jimmy Lipps, grandson Dolan Louis Graves, maternal grandparents Hurley [31672:M] and Annie Mack Scroggins [36286:M], and paternal grandparents Jessie W. Vines and Ruthie R. Pruitt.

Survivors are her husband Bill Lipps of Three Creeks, her mother, Bobbye Vines [36313:P] of Lawson, Arkansas, six sons, Eddie Graves (Christina) of El Dorado, Dale Lipps of Mayflower, William C. Lipps (Melanie) of Parkersburg, W. Virginia, Kevin Lipps (Amanda) of Camden, Robert Lipps of Beaverton, Oregon, and Bryan Lipps of Mayflower and five daughters, Debbie Lipps of Ellerville, New York, Tammy Stockley of Phoenix, Arizona, Angelia Nichols and Amanda Merritt both of Mayflower, and Wendy Fleming (Johnny) of West Virginia. Also surviving are sisters Sheila Vann (Robert) of Lawson, and Sherry Morgan (Steven) of Chesapeake, Virginia, and one brother, Dolan Vines, Jr. of Brinkley, Arkansas. Also surviving are sixteen grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Monday April 22, 2013 at Young's Funeral Directors from noon until 2 p.m. with a Celebration of her life beginning at 2 pm with Rev. Rex McDaniel and Brother Danny Donahoe presiding. Graveside services will be at a later date.
