Thelma Taylor Gayhart [21845:J], age 83 of Louisville, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at The Episcopal Church Home. She was a member of Eminence Baptist Church, a VFW Middletown member, a member of Eastern Star Foree Chapter, a member of NRA, a notary and a business woman.

She is survived by her daughter, Sally Suter [53255:J, fb]; granddaughters, Ashley Perry [, fb,. fb] and Adrienne Adams [, fb]; grandson, John Taylor Suter [, fb]; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Taylor [21846:J].

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12. Interment was in Eminence Cemetery. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.
