Dorothy Jean Scroggins Born August 13, 1961 in Trinity, Texas. Died September 19, 2011 in Bedford, Texas. Leaves behind her husband James Scroggins and son, Jamie Scroggins. Her mother, Linda Swarthout and husband Darrell Swarthout of Dobbin Texas. Uncle Sammy Willyard and wife, Barbara of Henrietta, Texas. Numerous other sisters and brothers, nephews and nieces.
