She is survived by three sisters, Patricia Washington, Donna Scroggins-O'Connell and Gail Mobley; three brothers, Douglas Scroggins Jr., Darryl Wingfield and Marvin Chiles; two aunts, two uncles, one great-uncle, a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Friday, 3 p.m., at Chiles Funeral Home, 2100 Fairmount Ave. (No viewing).
