SCROGGINS The family wish to announce the sad death of Paul Mitchell Scroggins on Wednesday 11th November. The son of Charles [49703] and Hazel [49704], brother to Steven [49705] and Blayne [49706] and Julie Chalmers [49707]. He is survived by his wife Susan [49708], nee Betts, and his children Charlie [49709], Fay [49710] and Robin [49711]. Funeral to take place in Hexham, Northumberland.
