Scroggins, Annetta On Aug. 13, 2009 at the age of 53 years, our Heavenly Father called her home. She leaves to cherish her loving memories - husband of 34 years, Rodney Lewis Scroggins [43005]; her son, Rico E. (Charon) Scroggins [43006]; sisters, MaryAnn Richardson, Roberta Byrd; brother, Arnold Richardson; granddaughters, Dominique and Carlita; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
