Deceased Name: OLDS, Mavis Dean Scroggins
age 83, a resident of Germantown, TN, and formerly from Montgomery, AL, died at home on January 25, 2009. She was a longtime member of Heritage Baptist Church in Montgomery. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 30, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Leak-Memory Chapel with Dr. Hayden Center officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. She is survived by a daughter, Melva Edens of Collierville, TN; son, Jerome Olds of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Ruby Sanders of Louisville, AL, Jennie Green of Union Springs, AL; brother, Don Scroggins of Eufaula, AL; four grandsons, Derek Eller, Solomon Olds, Jacob Olds, Joshua Olds; three great-grandsons, Harrison Eller, Jackson Eller and Cash Olds. The family will receive friends at Leak-Memory Chapel on Thursday, January 29, 2009 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family request any memorial contributions be sent to Alzheimer's Association.
