She was ordered to serve 26 consecutive days in the Williamson County Jail. Received credit for time served. Restitution to be determined 3/3/08. She must continue and complete treatment for her problems.

William T. VanZandt, 2011 East Elm West Frankfort was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and improper firearm transfer. He was ordered to serve 106 consecutive days in the Williamson County Jail. Received credit for time served. The 2nd charge was dismissed.

Russell Davis, 807 Jodi Lane, Marion was charged with theft, and criminal trespass to a motor vehicle. He pleaded guilty to the theft charge and was sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. Rhen Williams, 16772 Brussels St. West Frankfort was charged with battery and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.
