Message: [46549] Carla Sue Matley 1942 - 2008 Carla Sue Matley, 65, of Fort Worth passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2008, in Fort Worth with her daughters by her side. Funeral: Noon Thursday for her family at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow in Allen. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carla's memory to All Church Home for Children, 1424 Summit Ave., Fort Worth, Texas, 76102. She was born Nov. 24, 1942, at home in Rhea's Mill to Carlos and Kathryn Scroggins Gentle. Mrs. Matley was a mother, homemaker, and seamstress. She was of the Presbyterian faith. She was preceded in death by her mother, father and brother. Survivors: Her children, Pamela LeBlanc and husband, Larry, of Frederick, Md., and Joanie Darden and husband, Toby, of Fort Worth; sister, Phyllis Hamby of Prosper; sister-in-law, Jerry Ann Gentle of Plano; aunt and uncle, Juanita and Sam Houston of Dallas; grandchildren, Austin Lee LeBlanc of Frederick, Md., Rachel Savannah Hughes, Samantha Taylor Hughes, Lauren Nicole Hughes, Jackson Thomas Darden, Grace Anne Darden, and Deborah Katherine Darden, all of Fort Worth.
