Sidney R. Woods
TRUMANN -- Mr. Sidney Ray "Sid" Woods, 63, of Trumann died Tuesday, May 8, at the family residence in Trumann.
Mr. Woods was a lifetime resident of Trumann, retired farmer and member of Melton Avenue Church of Christ.
Mr. Woods was preceded in death by one daughter, Marilyn Ann Lyons; four sisters; two brothers; and was the son of the late Arthur and Mable Ann Clark Woods.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Linda Kay SCROGGINS Woods of the home; a daughter, Donna Kay Frego of Trumann; a son, Kenneth Allen Woods of Trumann; one brother, Perry Woods of Trumann; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be Friday afternoon at 1:30 in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Nolan Glover officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Woods, Jackie Davis, Jeffery Campbell, Matt Moore, Dewayne Campbell, Jimmy Davis, Zachary Bivens, Thomas White and Tannar Miles.
Visitation will be this evening from 5-7 at the funeral home.
