Message: James A. Scroggins SCROGGINS, James A. In Sacramento on October 30, 2007, after a lengthy battle with cancer, with his daughter at his side. At his request there will be no services in Sacramento; Interment, Highland Park Cemetery, Kansas City, Kans. In lieu of flowers, James requests that any remembrances be made to Loaves and Fishes, Sacramento Food Bank, or any agency that provides assistance to the disadvantaged. The family would like to extend its gratitude to the UCD Hospice Team for its unwavering support. Published in the Sacramento Bee from 11/7/2007 - 11/8/2007.
