Notice for Frank Randall Jr.

Message: Frank Randall Jr. RANDALL, Mr. Frank, Jr. - Age 70, passed away Monday, October 29, 2007. Family hour 10AM Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 1811 Seymour Ave., with funeral service commencing at 11AM. Father George Puthenpeedika celebrant. Family and friends will assemble at the church 10AM Saturday. Mr. Randall now lies in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 2PM-8PM today. Mr. Frank Randall, Jr. was born April 10, 1937 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Frank Randall, Sr. and Jeanette Scroggins. Frank attended St. Benedict in Milwaukee and St. Matthews in Flint. He retired from A.C. Spark Plug a division of General Motors with 30 years of service. Frank was an accomplished Jazz Musician and was a member of the 4 Gents Band. He traveled throughout the country and played locally. He enjoyed being with his family and friends. Frank loved fishing, sports and going to the spa. Mr. Frank Randall, Jr. leaves to cherish his memory and love: wife of 51 years, Lorene Randall; son, Frank (Amanda) Randall III of Los Angeles, CA; 4 daughters, Therese (Johnny) Watson, Floradeen Jackson, Cheryl Randall and Denise (Dale) Thames, all of Flint; grandchildren, Frank IV, and Tyree of Los Angeles, CA, Shawn, Jermaine, Marcella and Shequita of Flint and LaVenna of Detroit; great-grandchildren, Tony, Grant, Quantageah, Tywan, Deandre, Janyia, Princesses ad Deontay; special godchildren, Ona Kay (Wayne) Goza, Stevie and Clayton; cousin, Wyomia Randle-Crawford of Duncanville, TN; mother-in-law, Lelah Ratliff of Flushing, MI; sisters-in-law, Erma Bell of Flushing, MI, Sylvia (James) Avery of Henderson, NV, and Freda (Dandre) Franklin-Williams of Flint; brothers-in-law, James and Lawrence Ratliff both of Flint; a host of other relatives and friends including special friends, Sherwood Pea, Norman Graham, Theodis Hampton, Garner Pleasant, John Souder and William George. Mr. Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Randall, Sr. and Jeanette Scroggins. The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Danish, Dr. Halboth and Genesys Hospice staff.
