ELSMERE - Maxine Scroggin Kennett, 80, died Sunday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood. She was a tax examiner for the Internal Revenue Service, Covington; owned Andre Duvall's Beauty Shop and Maxine's Beauty Shop, Covington; and was a member of Highland Avenue Wesleyan Church, Covington.Originally published in The Kentucky Enquirer
