Message: Roy Robert Holden Scroggin Scroggin, Roy Robert Holden Passed away peacefully at his parent's home in Palos Verdes Estates on July 11th. Roy will be remembered as a devoted and caring son and brother who will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Roy had a life long love of the ocean and was an avid surfer who traveled to different countries pursuing his passion.
