DELAND - Peggy Jo Jones, 76, of Whisper Boulevard, a former cafeteria server for the Volusia County school system, died Thursday at home.
Mrs. Jones moved to this area in 1988 from her native Chattanooga, Tenn. She enjoyed fishing, the beach and roller-skating.
Survivors include three sons, Gary Jones, DeLand, William Jones, Jacksonville, and Lloyd "Mickey" Scroggins, Chattanooga; eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Deltona Memorial, Orange City, is in charge.
