Obituary - Springfield (Illinois) State Journal, 20 February 1922

COPELAND, MRS. SARAH M. - Died at 12:20 p.m., Feb. 19, 1922, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Milton Green, 5 miles southwest of Rochester, at the age of 68 years, 3 months, and 2 days.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 21 at the residence and 2 p.m. at the Copeland church in Logan County, the Rev. L. E. Chase of Decatur officiating.  Surviving are one son, W. C. Copeland; one daughter, Mrs. Milton Green; and six grandchildren, all of Rochester.  Interment will be in Steenbergen Cemetery near Mt. Pulaski.

Andrew Copeland

Died at 7:30 o'clock Saturday evening, May 27, 1911, at St. John's Hospital, Andrew Copeland of Berry, aged 58 years, 11 months, and 18 days.
The decedent is survived by his wife, Margaret Copeland; his son, Willis Copeland; and his daughter, Mrs. Florence Green, all of Berry.
The remains have been taken to the undertaking establishment of C. T. Branson, from where they will be sent to Mt. Pulaski, where the funeral will be held from the Christian church.
Interment will be made in Steenbergen Cemetery.
