• Kelly Josephine Scroggins, 31, of 9401 Concord Church Road in Lewisville was charged Oct. 11 with misdemeanor simple assault, court records show.
She was accused of assaulting Bruce Cromwell Gist by hitting him in the head twice with her fist and scratching him, an arrest warrant says. Scroggins is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 17.
