SCOGGIN, OLAN OTTO,February 7, 1926 - November 27, 2002. Mr. Scoggin was preceded in death by his parents, his only brother and two sisters. He is survived by his wife Ruth Scoggin; his daughter, Shirley Noltkamper; and husband, Harry; two grandsons, Scott Noltkamper and Mark Noltkamper and granddaughter Diana Noltkamper; several great-grandchildren and three sisters, Juanita (Eddie) Sloan, Maxine (John) Wall and Zeola (Alvin) Brown, several nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral from ALEXANDER Funeral Home, 11101 St. Charles Rock Rd. at Lindbergh, on Monday, December 2, 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. VISITATION 4-8 P.M. SATURDAY and 1-8 P.M. SUNDAY.
