A homemaker, resident of Baton Rouge and native of Magnolia, Miss., she passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, at Capitol House Nursing Home. She was 96. Visiting at Welsh Funeral Home, 6700 Florida Blvd., on Thursday, Aug. 18, from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Phillip Yoho. Private family interment in Roselawn Memorial Park. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lanell and Robert Barrett; two adopted daughters, Loretta Rea Ann Cayard and Dorothy Becnel; three sisters, Eva Lee Netterville of McComb, Miss., Dorothy Bell Fenn of Houston and Ernestine Creel of McComb; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry J. Brown; mother, Belle L. Hall; husbands, Felix Fluck and Robert Havers; daughter, Mildred Elaine Bacque; grandson, Claude Guy Scroggins; and brother, Robert Wells. Pallbearers will be Logan McDaniel, Milton Franklin, James Webb, Tate McDaniel, Darryl Becnel and !
James Tims. Honorary pallbearer is Don Landry. She was a charter member of Southside Baptist Church and Third Tuesday Organ Club.
