Seman (nee Scroggins) Jean L., age 76 formerly of Cottage Grove, passed away on April 9, 2005 at Stillwater Good Samaritan Care Center. Preceded in death by infant son; parents, Howard and Louise; husband, Marvin. She will be deeply missed by children, Ann (Terence) Doherty, Philip (Tracy); grandchildren, Rebecca, Frances, Alesha, Lacey, Leah; brothers, Kirby (Ceil), Robert (Denise); many loving relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, May 7th with a gathering of friends 1 hour prior all at: Washburn-McReavy Hillside Chapel 2610 19th Ave. NE 612-781-1999

Speidel Glenn Speidel A remembrance and celebration of the life of Glenn Speidel, former Minneapolis Star newspaperman who died Sept. 20, 2004, will be held at 2 PM Sunday, May 15, at the Loring Park Recreation and Art Center, 1382 Willow St., Minneapolis. Music will be provided by Butch Thompson at 3:30 PM.
