He is survived by wife, The Reverend Hazel Scroggins; sons, Keith Scroggins (Sandra) and Edward Gerard Scroggins, both of Decatur, GA; daughter, Mignon Scroggins; two granddaughters, Sankeisha Scroggins and Jazmine Scroggins; four brothers, Willie Bradfield, John Bradfield (Deborah), Prentice Bradfield and Theodore Bullard; sisters, Angela Collins (Charles), Pauline Farley, Lecolia Whitley (Andrew); seven brothers-in-law, eight sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
