Patricia Rose Cox Scroggins Urquhart died Sept. 25, 2004, at Shands at the University of Florida. She was 65.
Mrs. Urquhart was born in Memphis, Tenn., and moved to Williston 20 years ago from Archer. She enjoyed raising and breeding dogs.
She was preceded in death by a son, John Chaffin.
Survivors include her husband, Henry Lee Urquhart of Williston; sons Paul Scroggins [52498] of Hawthorne and Matthew David Scroggins [52497] of Gainesville; her mother, Rose Cox of Williston; brothers Harvey Cox and Frank Cox, both of Williston; and four grandchildren.
