NOTICE OF HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT

Notice is hereby given that LARRY R. SCROGGINS, Personal Representative of the Estate of C.R. SCROGGINS, Deceased, having filed in this Court his Final Account of the administration of said Estate, and his Petition for Order Allowing Final Acc ount, Determination of Heirs and Distribution and Discharge of said Personal Representative, the hearing of the same, has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 15th day of September, 2003, at 10:30 A.M., in the District Courtroom, Third Floor, Pontotoc County Courthouse, Ada, Oklahoma, and all persons interested in said Estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said Account should not be settled and allowed, the determination of the heirs, distribution of the Estate and the Personal Representative discharged.
