"Vaughn Lanell Scroggins, 20, of Urbana was arrested on a charge of driving with a revoked license in the 900 block of south Fifth Street, Champaign at 12:01 a.m. Aug 7. Scroggins was also cited for disobeying a stop sign and possession of cannabis after officers reportedly found a plastic bag of suspected cannabis inside his vehicle."
