Celia Earnestine Petree, 87, of Harrison, died Tuesday, Oct. 31 (2000) at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison. Funeral is 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 2 at Christeson Funeral Home with Greely Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday at Christeson Funeral Home.
She was born June 4, 1913 at Boxley the daughter of Frank and Jennie Villines Scroggins. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved to go fishing, enjoying canning and flowers.
Survivors include her husband, George Henry Petree of the home; three sons, Charles Petree and wife Betty Jo, Donald Petree and Howard Petree and wife Kathy all of Harrison; two daughters, Sharron Carlile and Christeen House and husband Argie all of Harrison and a brother, Raymond Scroggins of Harrison; seven grandchildren; seven Great-Grandchildren and five Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Dan Scroggins, Duel Scroggins, Paul Scroggins, Bobby House, Jason Petree and Derrick Petree.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Maris and his staff, North Arkansas Regional Medical Center staff with special mention of CCU.
