Loftin Scroggins, 75, of Dickenson, died Wednesday. Burial at Forest Park East cemetery.
Pete was a gentleman that I sincerely enjoyed knowing. We had numerous conversations in Dickenson, TX. He would walk to my home for a "toddy" and evening chat.
