The daughter of William Anderson Scroggins [240:L] and Lena Marie Henry [246:L], Lillie married Dudley Robert Perrett [444:L] on 15 Nov 1917. He served in World War I during the early years of their marriage. They were the parents of 2 children.

Dudley was a foreman for the Illinois Terminal Railroad for 55 years. He retired in 1959.

Lillie died at VIP Manor Nursing Home at the age of 73 years, 9 months and 12 days.

She was survived by 1 son, Dudley "Walton" Perrett [446:L] of Clayton, New Mexico; 1 granddaughter; 2 sisters, Dorothy Driemeyer [253:L] of Edwardsville, Illinois, and Edna Varney [251:L] of Perryville, Missouri.

In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley R.; and 1 son, Robert Perrett [445:L] died in April 1974.

Visitation was held at Marks Mortuary in Wood River, Illinois on 10 May 1974. Funeral services were conducted there at 1 p.m. the following afternoon. Lillie was buried next to her husband, Dudley, who passed away in 1968.
