Edwin William Scroggins [32673:K, fb] was born January 3, 1930 in Houston, Texas and passed away August 6, 2016 in Richardson, Texas. He is survived by his daughter, Melody Scroggins [46483:K, fb]; son, Daryl Scroggins [46484:K] and wife, Cindy [46485:K]; granddaughter, Claire Baxter [46486:K, fb] and husband, Ryan [tba:K]; and grand dog, Sugar.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Restland Memorial Chapel.
