Brenda Lee Scroggins, 49, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away early Monday morning, December 21, 2015 at Tennova Health Care in Cleveland.
Brenda was born on April 4th, 1966 in Dalton, a daughter of Glenn and Ann Mashburn. She will be forever be remembered for being a loving daughter, sister, mother and grandmother.
Brenda was preceded in death by her brother, Wesley Mashburn.
Brenda is survived by her mother and father, Ann & Glenn Mashburn; one son, Justin Mingie and Jodi Wright; two granddaughters, MiKayla Mingie and Kali Mingie; one sister, Joyce Dabbs (Lloyd); and numerous other extended family members and special friends.
There will be no public services at this time.
