HUGO, Okla. - Melvin Scroggins Jr., 65, of Hugo, Okla., died Thursday, June 4, 2009.

Funeral services are set for 1 p.m. Saturday, June 13, at Hugo Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Roylia Akins officiating. Interment follows in Mount Olive Cemetery under the direction of Rogan Funeral Home.
