Rachel Ann Scroggin - Savannah -Rachel Ann Scroggin 27, died Friday, November 24, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center after a long illness. Rachel was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, living the past 26 years in Savannah. She was a member of the Islands Assembly of God Church. Rachel was a graduate of the Special Education Program from Juliet Low Elementary School and was active in the S.T.E.P.S program. Survivors are, her parents, Frank E. [44039:K] and Rebecca O. Scroggin [51171:K, fb] of Savannah, her siblings, Lamar Scroggin [51007, fb] of Faulkville, Phillip Scroggin [51000:K, fb] of Savannah, Christy Forrester [51213:K, fb] and husband Rev. Noel [tba] of Franklin, GA, Shanda Reid [tba] and her husband Jerry [tba] of Pooler, her maternal grandmother, Christine Holmes of Savannah, maternal grandfather Fred O'Berry and wife Betty of Brooklet, GA, nephews and nieces, Tyler [] and Kaleb Scroggin [] of Savannah, Phillip [], Brooke [] and David Scroggin [] of Midway, GA, Samuel Forester [] of Franklin, GA, Sarah [], Kristina [] and Victoria [] Reid of Pooler and her longtime attendant, Mary Egelston. Visitation will be Sunday, November 26, 2006 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Islands Chapel.
