James Dewey Scroggin, 79, of Exeter died Monday, Feb. 5, 2001. He was a self-employed cabinet maker for many years. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Exeter District Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Smith Family Chapel in Exeter.

MARTIN, CARON , GAYLE SCROGGINS If you knew Caron you loved her and she loved you. Her greatest joy was caring for others. In 1997 she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Caron's priority was to give the most thorough care and treatment with compassion and tenderness. She fought for the sick and helpless. Her biggest joy remained her family and was happiest when they were together. Surviving is her husband of 38 years - Terry Martin, three loving sons, one special daughter, brother and sister, mother and father plus two grandchildren. Her family will survive her loss because of her loving strength, spirit and faith in God. Caron now cradles her infant daughter Paige Nicole in heaven. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to your local SPCA or "Adopt a Husky of Dallas, Inc.", 3000 Custer Road, Suite 270-156, Plano, Texas 75075. Visitation is Saturday, February 3rd from 5-8 P.M. at Williams Funeral Directors. Funeral Service, Monday, February 5th at 1:00 P. !
