Ronnie C. Scroggins, age 60 of Cleveland, passed away, Monday, December 16, 2013. He was born January 4, 1953 in Morrilton, Arkansas, a son of James E. "Cudge" Scroggins [51674:N, FaG:43736976] and Mary Lee Mooney Scroggins [tba, FaG:43737036]. He retired from North Little Rock Waterworks as Plant Operator and was of the Assembly of God faith.

Survivors include his sons, Marty Scroggins [40012:N] of Vilonia and Ronnie C. "Tooter" Scroggins, Jr.[40011:N, fb] of Dover; step daughters, Wendy Spencer and Susie Brunson both of Jacksonville; brother, Rickey Scroggins [tba] of Cleveland; sisters, Linda Hull [tba, fb, fb] of Springfield and Debbie Raeder [tba, fb] of Scott; two grandchildren and five step grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, at Lost Corner Cemetery with Bro. Gary Bearden officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18, at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
